- Prepare Water: Warm 1 cup of water to about 100–110°F (comfortably warm, not boiling).
- Add Vinegar: Stir in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Add Honey: Mix in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until dissolved.
- Customize (Optional): Add cinnamon, ginger, lemon juice, or cayenne to taste.
- Drink: Consume 15–20 minutes before your first meal on an empty stomach.
Notes
Best results when taken daily in the morning.
Make up to 3 servings in advance and refrigerate.
Start with 1/2 tablespoon ACV if you're new to it.
Can be adapted with green tea or chamomile as a base.
