- Prepare the Grapefruits: Wash the grapefruits thoroughly. Roll them on a counter while pressing down firmly to release more juice.
- Juicing Process: Cut each grapefruit in half. Use a juicer to extract the juice, or squeeze manually using a fork to twist and press.
- Strain the Juice: Pour the juice through a strainer to remove seeds and pulp.
- Adjust Flavor: Taste the juice and add honey if needed. A pinch of salt enhances the flavor.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best taste. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Fresh juice is best consumed immediately but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
