- Pour 8-10 ounces of room temperature or slightly warm water into a glass (avoid metal containers).
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with "the mother" and stir well.
- If desired, add 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey for improved taste and stir until dissolved.
- Drink immediately or within 10 minutes of preparation for best taste and potency.
- Consume 15-30 minutes before your first meal for optimal results.
Notes
- Start with 1 tablespoon of ACV if you're new to this drink and gradually increase to 2 tablespoons as your taste buds adjust
- Always use a glass container, not metal, when preparing this drink
