Method
- Add the Himalayan pink salt to room temperature filtered water in a large glass.
- Stir continuously for 30 seconds until the salt is completely dissolved.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly into the salt water. The mixture may appear cloudy, which is normal.
- Add honey if desired, stirring until fully incorporated (15-20 seconds).
- Add a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper if using, and give one final stir.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
- Wait 15-30 minutes before eating your first meal of the day.

- Best Time to Drink: First thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- Frequency: Once daily maximum
- Storage: Consume immediately for best results. Can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours if needed
