Method
 

  1. Add the Himalayan pink salt to room temperature filtered water in a large glass.
  2. Stir continuously for 30 seconds until the salt is completely dissolved.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly into the salt water. The mixture may appear cloudy, which is normal.
  4. Add honey if desired, stirring until fully incorporated (15-20 seconds).
  5. Add a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper if using, and give one final stir.
  6. Drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
  7. Wait 15-30 minutes before eating your first meal of the day.
