Method
- Warm Water: Heat 1 cup of water to a warm (not boiling) temperature.
- Dissolve Honey: Add 1 tsp of raw honey to the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add ACV: Pour in 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with mother and mix well.
- Add Lemon: Squeeze and add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
- Final Stir: Stir again, taste, and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Serve: Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Start with 1 tbsp ACV if you’re new to the flavor.
Use room temperature water if preferred.
You can prep the honey and lemon juice the night before for faster morning use.
Avoid preparing large batches—ACV loses potency over time.
