Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with mother
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia for sugar-free version
  • Optional Additions:
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry juice

Method
 

  1. Warm Water: Heat 1 cup of water to a warm (not boiling) temperature.
  2. Dissolve Honey: Add 1 tsp of raw honey to the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ACV: Pour in 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with mother and mix well.
  4. Add Lemon: Squeeze and add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
