  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon preferably Ceylon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated or finely minced (or ¾ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tablespoon pure berberine powder
  • 8-12 oz warm filtered water
  • Optional: Fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of raw honey

Method
 

  1. Heat the water until warm (not hot) to preserve the beneficial properties of the ingredients.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
