- Chill Ingredients – Keep your Malibu rum and pineapple juice in the fridge for an extra refreshing drink.
- Prepare the Glass – Fill a highball or cocktail glass with ice all the way to the top.
- Add Malibu Rum – Pour 2 oz of Malibu coconut rum over the ice.
- Pour Pineapple Juice – Add 4 oz of pineapple juice to the glass.
- Stir Lightly – Gently stir to mix the ingredients without diluting the drink.

Notes
To make a Malibu Pineapple Sunrise, add a splash of grenadine before pouring the drink.
For a frozen version, blend pineapple juice and ice, then pour Malibu on top.
Want a lighter version? Mix equal parts pineapple juice and Sprite.
For a spicy twist, add a thin jalapeño slice.
If making a batch, mix everything in a pitcher except ice. Add ice when serving.
