- Add room temperature filtered water to a glass container.

- Add lemon juice (and apple cider vinegar if using).
- Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust: add more water if too salty, more salt if too bland.
- Drink immediately at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
