Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
  • 4 ounces filtered water
Optional Additions:
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Method
 

  1. Add room temperature filtered water to a glass container.
  2. Stir in Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved (about 30–60 seconds).
  3. Add lemon juice (and apple cider vinegar if using).
  4. Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
  5. Taste and adjust: add more water if too salty, more salt if too bland.
  6. Drink immediately at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.

Notes

Use only raw, unprocessed honey.
Filtered or spring water is essential for proper absorption.
