- Prep Everything: Wash all produce thoroughly. Cut into chunks that fit your juicer or blender. Remove lemon rind but keep some white pith.
- Stack Ingredients: Start with leafy greens, then add cucumber and celery, followed by apple and lemon.
- Juicing Method: If using a juicer, feed ingredients slowly, alternating leafy greens with juicier items. If using a blender, add 1/3 cup filtered water, blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag.
- Final Touches: If adding spirulina, whisk it in after juicing. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes if using. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
- Drink Immediately: Consume fresh for maximum benefits. If storing, use an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Notes
If the juice tastes too strong, add an extra apple or more lemon for balance.
For weight loss, increase celery to 5 stalks and replace apple with cucumber.
