Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place wings directly from freezer into the air fryer basket. If stuck together, run under cold water briefly to separate.
- Dry and season: Pat dry (optional), then spray or brush lightly with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if using.
- Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes in a single layer.
- Flip wings and air fry another 12–15 minutes until golden brown, crispy, and internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
- Sauce (optional): Toss cooked wings in prepared sauce. For sticky wings, return to air fryer for 2 minutes.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches for best results.
Drying wings with paper towels before cooking helps crispiness.
Leftovers? Store in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F.
Try different sauces and seasonings like lemon pepper, BBQ, or garlic parmesan!
