Prep Your Produce:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut everything into chunks that will fit your juicer or blender.
Juicing Order:
- Juice in the following order for maximum yield:
- Start with cucumber and celery.
- Add kale, rolling it into tight balls.
- Juice apples to push through the greens.
- Finish with ginger and lemon.
Blender Method:
- If using a blender, blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup water. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Serve Immediately:
- Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh! If storing, refrigerate for up to 12 hours in an airtight container.
Notes
For a sweeter juice, add an extra apple or pear.
To make it milder, swap kale for spinach and reduce ginger.
