- Boil water and let it cool for 2-3 minutes (to prevent bitterness in the green tea).
- Slice or grate the ginger for better infusion.
- Place green tea, ginger slices, and cinnamon in a mug or teapot.
- Pour hot water over the ingredients and let it steep for 7-10 minutes.
- Strain if needed and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra metabolism boost, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Store leftover tea in the fridge and reheat as needed.
