- Pour 8 oz of pure cranberry juice into a glass.

- Dilute with 2-6 oz of water if needed.
- Add optional sweeteners or flavor boosters like honey, lemon, cinnamon, or ginger.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Drink immediately, preferably with a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
Notes
Start with 1 tbsp of ACV if you're new to it and gradually increase.
