Create Mineral Base
- Pour 16 oz of room temperature filtered water into a glass. Add Himalayan pink salt and whisk briskly for 30 seconds or until dissolved.
Add Citrus
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice directly into the salted water. Stir to combine.
- Add Sweetener (Optional)
- Add raw honey and stir for 15–20 seconds until fully dissolved.
Serve
- Taste the drink — it should have a light salt and bright citrus flavor. Drink immediately for best results or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for optimal results.
